Small Business Web Design Process

We have fine tuned our working model to be fast, efficient and cost effective.

Below is the process you will be taken through when you get a site with Site Nova. The entire process takes just 1-2 weeks and at the end you will have a great looking site.
Step 1

Tell us about yourself

You give us the initial requirements for your site, we will provide some other options and ideas you may not have thought of and together we will iron out the final specifications. In this phase you will provide us with your logo, the content for your site and any other images or media you want included.

Step 2

We create an awesome design for you

We will take the specifications and details you provide and create a draft of the homepage of your site. You will have the chance to make unlimited revisions at this phase until you fully satisfied with the look.

Step 3

We complete your website

Once you have approved the draft we will code your site and create the other pages of your site, we will then share the rest of the site with you and you can ask for any revisions that are needed. Changes to the overall look of the site must be made in phase 2, at phase 3 you can't go back on what you approved in phase 2.

Step 4

You take the wheel

Upon completion of your site we will provide you with access to the Site Nova System so that you can add, change and remove content yourself. We will also provide you with the training to use it (though normally it is so easy to use that its not required).

Step 5

On going support

We provide you with ongoing support and help you to make changes as needed, our work doesn't stop once the site is launched. We are also responsible for making sure your hosting and domain name is looked after, and we can even help you to market your new site.
